The writer whom I met during my order process was very rude. He was not ready to follow the instructions. The communication level is poor and they do not have any empathetic behavior. They present them as professionals who ironically, are unable to write in good English with well-defined structure.

Although the site claims to offer great services and quality papers, but they have not included any writing samples in their website from where you could check the quality of work they provide. On analysing the customers’ reviews, it can be concluded that papers received from personalstatementfolks are mostly unreadable, whereas majority of content is repetition of the same opinions just changing over phrases. On asking for revision, they are often found to ignore the calls and emails, and end up delivering the same paper without any corrections. 

Price:
They are expensive, because they claim to have everything original. Their work is said to perfect hence the higher prices. Almost 15 percent more than the going market rate. Which would have been worth it if only the work was up to the mark. Dissertation reviews have revealed that they charge quite a bit for dissertations that are closer to the deadline.
