Writer:
From one of the customer reviews it is known that the work done by the writers of the company is not up to the mark as the customised structure which was given by the student was not followed and the secondary sources which were used by the writer were not up to the mark. Furthermore, the customer has mentioned in the comment that it would be preferable for him if the order is cancelled because when he read about other customers’ review he completely changed his mind. 

Quality Of Service:
It is observed that the area of expertise and services being delivered by this website is quite limited because it only deals in subjects of management, education, history and some other subjects while some of the important subjects such as health and social care, and engineering subjects are completely ignored. Thus, it is seen that the area of service is quite limited which is one of the drawbacks of the company. Apart from that it is observed that although the assignments are delivered to the students at fair rate and prices but the overall quality of the work is compromised. 

Price:
In addition to this, it is identified that the premium price is being charged by the some of the customers and still they were not provided with quality work. Hence, it is observed that quality is the major issue for the work being delivered by this company. The screen shots of the customer reviews are presented in the appendix at the end. 

Company Trust:
There are lack of trust issues because the credibility of the website is questioned when the customer reviews are checked on the internet. 

Customer Support:
The company has a vast list of customer support agents who are known for their prompt replies. However in some of the cases it was identified that the agents vanished away when the work was questioned by the students and did not even offered a revision. In this regard it is seen that the customer support system of the company is not up to the mark which needs better upgradation to have a strong customer base in the future. The overall rating of the website is just 1.6 out of 5 based on the customer reviews. Although in terms of price it may seem to the best company for the students but this company is not worth the price charged by them. The list of services is good but the overall quality of the work is not satisfactory. 

Conclusion:
The overall quality of work and services being delivered is not satisfactory and this has been found out from the internet sources and customer feedbacks and reviews. At last, it is concluded that the overall review of all these companies is not up to the mark.
