And we found out that because of this reason they are exhausted and tend to resale so as to just reach the delivery time. The lack of writers is a major problem for any company’s result. 

Quality Of Service:
Current research, we have been looking at the samples and quality of the essays done by Essaytime to see if they are as good as they claim but sadly it turns out not to be true. It was clear that the writers here cannot give the good services as you’d hope for due to the very limited amount of writers here which most times often lead to plagiarism and resale. Be careful.

Price:
We also discovered that the pricing and discounts of the essays on Essaytime are not really convenient for students especially the ones with bulky essays to do. A 2 page, 2:1 level essay due in 10 days will cost £18.19 GBP and You can get 10% off that price too, if you’re a first time customer but the other jobs you’ll order will not come with a discount.

Company Trust:
The customer service is very annoying based on the reviews we could get from most person who where not satisfied with their service. If a customer complains, they are rude and sometimes snub the inquiries made by the customers. In as much as the company claims that their services are available 24/7, that is not the case since there have been cases where they are offline and no one to attend to their client needs. Inefficient communication system within the company has resulted in adverse impacts to their customers.

Customer Support:
This is another site that has good customer service only before you order. The communication between the customer and the agents is good only if there’s no problem. Once there is a complaint the agents go mute on the complaints and there is no refund even when the satisfactory needs are not met.
