Fake or false testimonials are something that is in common practice today. Many business franchises do it to earn business or customers. This website also does that. You want to know how I found out? Well it’s simple all reputed companies always give contact information or official address of their testimonials, you know just in case their customer want to investigate about the company. But this website doesn’t give any link or address or their testimonials. It just feels like pictures of random people with good thing about the company.

Price:
In addition to this, it is identified that the premium price is being charged by the some of the customers and still they were not provided with quality work. Hence, it is observed that quality is the major issue for the work being delivered by this company. The screen shots of the customer reviews are presented in the appendix at the end.

Not only this, but it is identified that customer support system which plays an important role in keeping the customer happy is not up to the mark. The company has a vast list of customer support agents who are known for their prompt replies. However in some of the cases it was identified that the agents vanished away when the work was questioned by the students and did not even offered a revision. In this regard it is seen that the customer support system of the company is not up to the mark which needs better upgradation to have a strong customer base in the future. The overall rating of the website is just 1 out of 5 based on the customer reviews. Although in terms of price it may seem to the best company for the students but this company is not worth the price charged by them. The list of services is good but the overall quality of the work is not satisfactory.

We rate this company 0.5 out of 5. As it is totally on unethical conducts either it is academic disrespect issue or providing with false testimonials.
